Meditation as described by most methods or techniques involves doing something with the mind. The ultimate state of meditation is attaining the ability for the mind to do No Thing. For maximum effect you may want to go to a little effort of using a dark color paper to mask your browser screen frames. If you are in a hurry forget it and forget meditation. Soft music, dim room lights and even dimming your monitor will heighten the experience. Give each display at least the length of one music selection, start at the top and repeat or select different combinations. Best viewed with Explorer. So, mask you screen, scroll up and have some "Meditation Fun"
